Inspired by the L’Oréal Group’s commitments to empower and develop young talents, and a key insight coming from countries and partner professors, Brandstorm launches the “Path to Win” Platform in partnership with Cross Knowledge.

As an ever evolving program, Brandstorm 2016 arrives to a new era of exchanges with the students and professors with this launch.
The platform is an e-learning platform with gamification and social features that acts as a pedagogical tool in topics such as Brand Management, Innovation and Digital to support and up skill the students at each step of the competition.
Adding to that, it also reinforces the interaction among the participants internally, through the “My Community “space, and externally, through social media.

The 2016 edition partners with La Roche Posay, the 2nd largest and fastest growing Active Cosmetic Division brand. The students will have the challenge of analyzing the health and beauty market, and proposing a digital and connected innovation strategy to recruit the new generation of La Roche-Posay consumers.
