The DermaCenter with its high visibility from inside and outside the shop, an inviting design, and unique skincare services, will once again increase customer conversion by attracting new clients to travel retail via this rapidly developing skincare category.
It presents the same design codes as those of a French parapharmacy (including shelves, drawers, jars…) and projects an image of safety, efficacy and trust. At the entrance of the shop a trolley dressed in DermaCenter colors invites travelers to the new counter and offers a personalized skincare diagnostic and recommendations: A Healthy Skin Check-Up. An exclusive customer service provided through the use of the DermAnalyzer device and advice delivered by two DermoAdvisors or a certified Pharmacist. To support the opening, passengers will be offered free product samples after each skin diagnostic.
